You're ten years younger than I am. It does get harder as you age, though. I put on over 50 pounds in less than a year! Gets away from ya. Good job getting back on track after only a 20# variation. Losing four pounds in three weeks is great! Keep up the good work!

well, as we know, life happens. what is important is that we do it for us and nobody else. it is a process. just keep going and if today was better than what you did yesterday, it is a good day and if you are relatively healthy, it is fine. water is the key and writing down things in a journal are very important to a successful journey.

Debbie is right, the older you get the harder it is to lose. You are a young whipper- snapper to me. I'm 79 and have gone up and down all my life, being lousy at maintenance. It's tough wanting to be trim. But your health and even the health of your brain may depend on it. Keep up the good fight.
