Yeah! 73! I love the number, cause it shows that the weight starting with six will soon be here.
Yesterday my mum had a birthday and we had a cake (homemade from ingredients that are allowed) and dry sparkling wine (it isn't allowed though). But everything together was so tasty, and plus there is a weight reduction!
Also my colleague had a birthday yesterday. Of course, she brought a cake made of chocolate cream, chocolate, fruits and juices - everything Dukan diet prohibits. So I was sitting there, drinking water and eating sugar free candies from my bag :)I feel really proud of myself!

You did SO well! I have turned down yummy treats at work for the past two days as well. I'm glad you got to partake of cake at your mom's birthday, anyway! Keep up the good work.
