I made tamales for dinner yesterday, and tasted too much of it, then ate a lemon bar I bought from Friday's bake sale while cleaning the kitchen, and apparantly consumed at least 1600 calories.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
