Steady in weight still, but I've started easing back into a healthier diet and have started cutting back on snacking. My little girl has been keeping me very busy lately. She's literally into everything. But at least the weather lets us go outside and she can burn off some of that excess energy she has. Might go to the park today if I can muster the energy. I keep going to bed too late, too many nights in a row and it's starting to take it's toll. I go to bed between 1-2am, and get up between 7-8am. This morning I was woken up at 6am by an alarm going off on my hubby's phone. Which of course I had to turn off. >.< Then I was back up at 8 with Jules, and Chris slept til 9. Tonight my goal is to be in bed before midnight. I think I might make tacos tonight for dinner. But use ground chicken or turkey instead of beef.

That's pretty much it.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Get some sleep girl!!...that has a big effect on weight loss efforts. I know things are different now with Chris home but don't lose sight of why you came here in the first place. Get the foot fixed and you will be ready to get back on track 100%.

Sure am Babs! Chris is more of a hinderance when it comes to getting to bed and staying asleep. XD I did get in bed before midnight last night, and he woke me up about an hour later. But he did get up with Jules this morning and made me coffee, so I got about 2 extra hours of sleep. ^.^ And feel great today. I have to make phone calls about my foot surgery today. Fun stuff.
