Dammit. I went over my calories yesterday. Well, that is, my PERSONALLY allowed calories. This is understood in the way that Fatsecret tells me I can eat up to 2600 calories, and I allow myself 1900 - 700 under. This is to speed up my weight loss, and it is clearly working.

However, Wife and I decided to go for brunch yesterday, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I regret nothing. I did as I have done the times before, when I have decided to let go, I registered everything I ate to the best of my abilities, and just did not worry too much about it. I loved the brunch and I loved being out spending the morning with the love of my life.

Trouble came later, when the food did not feel like it had really satisfied my hunger and I would be hungry again. I was feeling hungry all day yesterday and even dinner did not do it. So I had dinner, snacks, sandwiches and an orange.

Again, Fatsecret would approve of my choices. I did not.

Anyways, I am still going lower and lower. I love the fact that when ever I gain weight, or fluctuate, I go to a lower "high" than last time. Weight is consistently coming off.

Life is good. Especially on Sundays. :)
269.4 lb Lost so far: 72.3 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
