2085 kcal Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 100.62g | Carb: 306.71g.   Breakfast: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Special K Fruit & Yogurt Cereal. Lunch: Green Bell Pepper, Lettuce, Tomatoes (3 Wheels), Processed American Cheese, 6" Wheat Bread, Fat Free Honey Mustard Sauce. Dinner: 96% Fat Free Frozen Yogurt - Chocolate, Sweet Tea, Smokehouse Turkey Panini on Three Cheese Bread (Half), Signature Macaroni & Cheese (Small). Snacks/Other: Fresco Burrito Supreme - Chicken. more...
