rechecked almost 10 times, I am over the moon! 25lbs gone! It's weird but I NEVER have cravings! sticking to my meal plan is so easy
290.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
