I drank 4 sweetened beverages and ate a cheeseburger and a half serving of onion rings, as well as snacked on caramel corn last night. I think it's easy to see without adding it all up that I consumed way more than my alloted calories. I'll have to consider this my cheat meal / day.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
