Miss the 1st week Mini Challenge--even though I did 10.34 mi the first week. I already have 4.7 mi. in for 2nd week and still have 5 days left. I will try to post again before week 2 challenge is over.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 129.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
