7.4 pounds in 2 weeks. about 3-4 pounds per week. lets do it. No diet but clean eating.
117.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow how do you do that....for me its still a struggle getting out of 130s....even with all the exercise and dieting:( but happy for you keep it up:)

Nothing I did. I struggled in the 130s for a long time. I had to have a major surgery and that's why I dropped. Now trying to keep up the momentum. Definitely very difficult.
