I hate this number but I found out my thyroid is way off so dr upped my prescription and now I have hope I can actually start losing again. I was to the point of taking two naps a day and sleeping 9 hours a night with zero exercise tolerance. Even 15 minutes of activity was knocking me out for hours. So I’ll cut myself some slack and give myself a couple weeks for the meds to kick in.
I’m getting too old for this.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
