Well, I kinda cheated to get this lower weigh in. . .
I have figured out that if i get up early and pee, and then i drink a large cup of water, and do my Bible reading, and pee, do my exercise, and pee again, then i can manage to lower my weight by a couple of pounds.
Having said all that, i have gotten back on track, i think. The last 3 days i have felt more centered and calm. I have come to the realization that things arent going to work out with the b/f. That realization has helped me get off the emotional roller coaster, and in turn i think it will help me be more emotionally healthy, and able to focus on my weightloss goal (instead of what is going on in a relationship that's out of my control).
Next week is my weigh in, and while it won't show any steady improvement, I've made some strides personally.

164.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have to be at peace with yourself. There are plenty of fish in the sea lady. The best one to love you is you. That being said be healthy for you and stay with it. You are doing good.
