Feeling relieved that the weigh is coming off again, even after consuming over 1700 calories. I gave into cravings at 10pm, while folding laundry and watching 700 Club on Youtube.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
