It's definitely good to be back here! I attended a work-related seminar in another city which was supposed to be for 3 days only. But a storm came on the last day so I had to extend another 2 days. The hotel I stayed at had very poor internet signal and, worst, no gym! =( I tried to compensate by walking around the city and malls for like 4 hours a day but, judging by the result of today's weigh in, it wasn't enough. But I am still proud of not letting circumstances divert me from my goals. Let's all keep striving and pushing ourselves to reach our goals! =)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
