i promised my parents i would lose the weight.lol. but seriously this is my first time ever beginning any type of a diet weight loss program. i was so used to being the athlete in high school that i never thought that i would have gained this much weight. i used to me 96lbs in high school because of my involvement in Track,Dance and Cheerleading. hopefully i can lose this little pooch that i have aquired from not sticking to proper diet and exercise and step out in the summer time with a flawless physique
107.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hopefully you will find encouragement here at fatsecret. I must say I have found that and then some. Feel free to check out my diet calendar for low calorie meal. I count calories as a part of my diet and would love to help you do the same if you choose to. You may want to calculate an appropriate RDI. At 107 pounds your RDI is probably not 2000 calories per day.
