I overate last night at ladies Bunco, mostly on chips and cheese dip, but then I had to try a couple homemade sweets. I don't know if I was still able to lose weight from mopping the floors yesterday, having diarhea from eatimg sweets, or reducing my calories earlier in the day knowing that I'd be tempted to eat sweets and processed food. I feel like doing a 30 minute power training session this morning because I have time, being unemployed.

8:30pm: The cravings hit me after coming home from the celebration BBQ at CCA after I entered the kitchen to put food away, and feeling angry at my husband's behavior 90% of the time since he got home from work. I stared at Bohdan's potatoe chips a few times trying to stop myself from impulsively grabing the bag and stuffing my mouth and crunch my frustration. Then I thought, am I hungry? No. I shut the pantry door. Am I thirsty? Yes. So I made myself a sparkling lime water. I knew I wanted to eat at my feelings, so I asked myself, what can I do instead of eating? I hid myself in the corner of thw kitchen, and bowed my head to pray for God's intervention with my addiction and my marriage. After a few minutes of praying, the craving eased off, and I finished cleaning the kitchen and left with my water so that I no longer had to enter the kitchen. Then I got Bohdan and myself ready for bed.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
