I consumed 1373 calories yestersay, and avoided bing eating last night. To reduce cravings, I only bought processed food that Don and Bohdan eat, and fruit, nuts, and jerky for myself to snack on, although the sugar free jerky is hard to find and expensive. I'm beginning to think that I need to make my own.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
