I didn't lose weight after eating 1640 calories yesterday, which means around 1600 calories maintains this weight, and 1900 calories causes me weight gain.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
