Well, I was sick most of the week, and saw my best weight ever! Unfortunately, I ruined that with a cookie binge on Wednesday. I had not really eaten since Sunday and had this major craving. I really haven't wanted sweets since I started this, and I think it was just that I hadn't eaten anything. I should have not gone off the deep end. It is going to take me another week to see that number again.
Hard lesson. But a good one.
