okay didn't weight yesterday because I had to get up early to go to my clinic appt, but they weighed me there and I was about 189, and I know that different scales weigh differently, I'm using my Wii fit board to get my weight it's digital but the scale in my bathroom in the analog kind so it's hard to read because you have to adjust it to zero with the little dial.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
