I was feeling a little down yesterday after being turned down fora CM job because I don't have a bachors in nsg. I had difficulty resisting the urge to eat all day despite not being hungry, so I'm not surprised that I gained weight after eating over 1950 calories
222.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
