Well been the same for 3 days. I’ll take it, even though yesterday was Fasting Friday and I thought I’d drop a little 😂. Oh well could be worse. Happy Saturday everyone!
256.1 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes it takes a little time for your body to register a change. My impression is that in general, bodies don't like change. With the notable exception of "water weight" loss, it wants to know you're serious before it puts itself through the ringer. :) Hang in there! You're doing everything right, so good things are bound to happen.
