fat 41.6% 2nd day. helps to have meals prepared.today I cooked spicy lentils (200 g lentils) and also a chickpea potato salad. ready for the weekend 😊. for breakfast at 11am had two sesame seed brown square rolls with 2 slices toast salami, a spreading of Dijon mustard, sliced tomato and microgreens. yum. I just realised I do alot of cooking on my top gas cooker rather than popping dishes in the oven, just for me. well I see this is working 😊 taking catafast for the backpain. need to put in more steps in the day. yesterday only 5000+ . went to sweep and got locked in garage 😊 blood pressure today 120/69
151.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
