I did very good this past week and I couldn"t be prouder of myself. I am going to keep up the work that I have been doing. I reached my goal on the wii fit and my new goal is to lose 2.5 pounds in the next 2 weeks. I am at a good BMI buty I still have a little bit more to lose to get to a BMI of 22.Wish me luck.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
