Mel 160's Journal, 26 January 2014

I'm baffled. I weighed in on Fri.with no progress but was extremely stressed during the morning. I decided to take a day for myself, I ate what I wanted, spent what I wanted, enjoyed solitude for six hours straight, took care of the necessities & enjoyed crafting on Sat. I weigh in officially this morning another five lbs lighter. :) Now, during my splurge everything tasted great but I felt that if I didn't return to the plan that I would be doing myself a great disservice. Back on track and more relaxed. Have a great journey, you deserve it!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
