I don't know if I would eat all I wanted, but maybe eat till satisfied. You don't want to undo what you did the day before. lol!

That's what most people say. The article that turned me on to the diet was written by James Hamblin in The Atlantic, "A new way to love food."

My method tht started my loss from 245 to 175 was when hungry just eat kerrygold butter on nothing. Never hungry after that for it is the carbs that make you hungry. So throw out the fruit and grains and things with them and eat butter instead. I blend a few inches of butter into my coffee or coconut oil. Check out Bulletproofcoffee info. Bulletproofexc.com

@skylick, yeah I know what you mean. I've noticed it too, consuming fat does seem to take hunger away. When I'm hungry I have a big mug of decaf coffee or tea with double cream and it takes my hunger right away. I think it's because it's stimulating you to release ketones instead of insulin?

I would not drink double cream but would blend in Kerrygold butter from grass fed cows from Ireland. Cream is from grain fed drugged American cows. To get your fasting glucose down to the 70 to 70 range you must forget fruit which the body treats as (candycrap)...cut out grains and sweets and learn to love butter/coconut oil/raw eggs/kale. You cannot get trim and fit and have your morning fasting glucose above 100. I stick my finger and find out. If you workout then spike you insulin on gym day with half cup of sweetpotato after weights. Otherwise insulin on the SAD American diet will finally run your male waist above 40 inches and forget the "healthy whole grains" you have zero need for carbs but you do need to eat fat to lose fat.
