I ate well yesterday. Walk Away the Pounds, 2 mile walk, kicked my butt! very pleased with the 1.4 lbs lost.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
