Back to trying to remember to log my food. This has really helped me a lot this week. Hoping I can stay with it. I gained from 156 to 169 over the Holiday months. Summer is coming. Got to get that off plus the additional 11 lbs I had left before June. Lost 4 lbs this week, got to stay focused on 20-30 g. of carbs a day or less.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1589 kcal Fat: 100.74g | Prot: 99.64g | Carb: 73.20g.   Breakfast: Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Egg, Great Value Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Chicken Breast, Food Club Salad Topping, Cucumber (with Peel), Ken's Steak House Creamy Caesar Dressing, Great Value Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce. Dinner: Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal, Cooked Okra (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Snacks/Other: M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's. more...
