Went up a lb but I'll consider that muscle gain after 5 days of straight lifting. I need to get my actual body fat checked so I'll have 2 indicators to track my progress.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
