I am so low carb and the weight just won't budge.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 January 2014:
1204 kcal Fat: 101.72g | Prot: 52.05g | Carb: 10.21g.   Breakfast: Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, Butter (Salted), Eggland's Best Jumbo Grade A Egg, Coffee, Albertsons Heavy Whipping Cream. Dinner: Frank's Red Hot Sauce, Wish-Bone Buffalo Ranch Dressing, Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Butter, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Kraft 2% Milk American Cheese Singles. more...

ugh...we are in the same place. I have to believe its the fact that we have less than 10lbs to lose!!! Its super frustrating isnt it>? I also am working out 6 days a week...UGH. oh well...we will get there!!! p.s. I hate to say it but some sick part of me feels better knowing Im not the only one struggling to move the scale!!!!

Yes, it's just so frustrating that other people lose weight so fast when they cut out sugars, etc... Not me! I'm going to keep at it though. I try to remember that I'll be healthier inside and out ha ha. At least I'm not gaining though. I'm trying to get rid of the ten lbs I put on over the last two years.

I feel EXACTLY the same way!!!!!!!!!!! However, we both have very little to lose and the body likes to fight to stay where it is when its nnot much fat. You will be healthier inside and out (ugh). Keep at it, maybe we can motivate each other so we dont give up.... Stay positive...
