Another hard week. At least I still lost a little rather than gain anything. I knew Friday would hurt me. We had a potluck at work and I tried not to eat too much of the bad stuff, but I did have some. I planned to go home and work out since I had no plans. Then some friends invited me to meet them out, so I did. Several beers and some pizza later, I knew I would be in trouble. Yesterday I was helping my Mom move, but we were running late and she had several men from her church helping. They were lightning quick! Had everything done in just over an hour! Then I stretched funny and now my back is killing me!

Next week is a new week and I WILL do better! I can't let the last 2 weeks ruin my progress or knock me off track!
240.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
