Another successful day. I'm sticking to my calorie goals so far this week. I got a Jawbone UP to track my walking and I love it. Once I am allowed by my doctor to exercise more, I will try for that 10,000 steps a day thing and probably see an increase in weight loss.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
