Weight is down, but mostly because I had a wretched stomach bug. Blech! Seems like my stomach shrank a bit. Trying to keep my meals modest with this new shrunken appetite.

168.0 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
