maintenance stage going great for 3 months now have been able to stay within 148 lb to 151 small fluctuations. Although at some point I will be restarting to try and loose an additional 20 lbs for now letting my body adapt to the 100 lb weight loss. This stage is actually alot harder.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 99.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maintenance is definitely harder than I thought it would be, but I like it better than the losing phase. At least in maintenance I get a guilt-free treat on occasion.

Lonnie that is so true I can have little bits of things I had completely eliminated for a while like an actual slice of pizza instead of cauliflower crust lol that is definetly a plus in this stage.

I agree with Lonnie. Maintenance is sometimes hard. I ate super clean and lean while trying to lose but I find it hard to stay on track now that I've lost all the weight. On the other hand, it sure feels good to be where I'm at..

Diana, yes you kind of get too comfortable and think you don't need to try as hard next thing you knkw you're up 10 lbs easly in 1 month it's crazy .
