today is the weekly weigh-in
what I noticed last night is that my winter coat is starting to fit again. Last week it was very tight across my shoulders and butt, tight enough to concern me that I'd rip it. Last night I could zip it without having to feel timid
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
