I must have gained weight from the extra rice, 1/2 cod, and a 90 calorie protein bar with almond milk after dinner. I ate the bar after craving the cake I briefly saw people eating on television. I put a deterant to sniff when I'm craving sweets and processed foods in the pantry, it seems to temporarily take my appetite away when I craved processed food mid day, with the theory that if I sniff it when I crave something I shouldn't consume, then I will eventually be detered from it altogether, but I forgot to use it last night.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
