2 Weeks of Low Cal Low Fat dieting and I picked up 1.2 kg
So now I'll be doing Low Carb High Protein for 2 weeks and see what happens.
244.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
