Did great over the weekend, now back to hitting it hard with trying for 3 out of 5 days below my RDI (which is fairly low). I got the Jawbone UP to track my steps and my sleep. Hoping it will allow me to record more accurate walking.
240.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
