Today I'm starting the journey again. My gym is going to be the skating rink. Today is MLK day and they have skating from 11 to 4 so I am going to go for 2 hours. No one can go with me but that's ok because it's my journey. I've never weighed this much and my weight is keeping me from so many things...In work and my personal life.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
