Well, Monday seems to be the weigh in day, so here I go....done 3.5 lbs. At least that is the right direction! I am thankful. Think it may have been a tad more without Chang's yesterday. Not going to beat myself up. Hope I'm doing this app thing right! :S
213.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
