so it's been a week since i last recorded a weight, but it was right after i'd eaten. i've been weighing myself at relatively the same time every day and it's been giving me this weight consistently, so i'm pretty confident this is where i stand now.

i'm three pounds away from my first goal weight! :) it's taken entirely too long, considering i started back last july, but the holidays always have that effect on me. let's keep going!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
