ok better then i would have thought: down 5 pounds in 8 days. followed the calories like a boss. overall i am pleased, wt better then i thought it would be. good.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
