I used to be bothered by how much I weighed. But after starting meditation and reading books like 'The Secret' and don't sweat the small stuff I feel less tension and more happiness than ever. I still have the odd wobble, but I am beginning to feel better with everyday that passes. I have put on lbs, but my measurements have not gone up and my clothes fit me. Feeling great, feeling in control of me again.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
