Sweetpea Lisa B's Journal, 11 May 2021

Back from our long weekend away at brother's house. Couldn't really eat properly all this time, but tried to cut back on portions. I wasn't doing the cooking, so ate what was presented to be polite. I'll get back on track starting today, but no treadmill: hurt my back a little bit on Saturday and it's squeaking at me when I walk around too much. Sitting is fine but it gets tired when I walk and bend, so will start treadmill walking tomorrow morning. Should be gone by then, I hope.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx grammalaura; much appreciated. I enjoy updating my journal but don't bother doing it every day because then I get bored and it becomes an obligation rather than a greeting.
