I snacked on chips while we fished, then ate a Blue Ox, fries, hotzerellas, and root beer at Paul Bunyans. What concerns me is that I've been working out 30 min daily for the past 4 days as well.
227.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
