I haven't been actively trying to lose weight, I just figured with exercise as part of my daily regiment, I wouldn't lose weight, but I wouldn't gain much weight either. That assumption may have been correct for me, except I didn't maintain my daily exercise regiment. I'm not trying to diet now, just trying to make smarter choices when I eat and lose a few pounds before it gets out of control again.
