I've started training for the half marathon and am enjoying the structure of the workouts. I've also been eating Mich better. not surprisingly I feel better! am reading bob greenes book, the life you want to keep me motivated.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
