Well, up a pound this week. BUT, I walked 14 miles last week and feel much stronger. Maybe I should concentrate on the tape measure to monitor progress rather than the scale. Not discouraged though!. Wish I could find something to alleviate the boredom in the evenings snacking is not the answer.
