fat 40.5%. no change in weight but fat has gone gown in 2 days! trying to stop eating by 5pm and next day around 10am so that means 15 hours fast, sometimes 14 hours but feels good. yesterday was prescribed Augmentin for 7 days and catafast for 5 days for my toothache... my wisdom tooth on the left is coming out and has no place to go! might need surgery to remove it. let's see.....have to eat soft foods.
