I went up by day two to around 128.5 ( this is what my scale said). I don't know why I went up. I started getting nervous thinking that this diet wasn't going to work for me like it did two years ago. But today I went on the scale and it said 126.5 so I'm all sunshine and rainbows. Justs 9.5 lbs to go.
